Job Description

Mobideo is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee the Digital Transformation journey and the entire Project deployment lifecycle. In this role, you will leverage your considerable knowledge and experience in business processes and project delivery to enable successful implementations. The role includes ensuring that we accurately set and meet customer expectations, complete projects on time, and stay within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service and relationships with our customers and stakeholders. The CSM must be open-minded, independent, a fast learner and possess a high motivation to influence and challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and evaluate our customer’s level of maturity and readiness in Digital Transformation.
  • Support customers in adjusting their business processes, management routine, and decision-making process while implementing the Mobideo platform.
  • Work directly with our Delivery teams to ensure that our customer needs are met
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Digital Transformation projects
  • Ensuring project delivered on-time, on-quality, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Demonstrate an expert level understanding of Mobideo product functionality
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Day to day management of multiple deployment projects including setting up meetings, gathering requirements and completion of tasks
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Provide weekly updates to delivery teams and executive leadership

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated project ownership and management skills that shows experience, credibility and authoritativeness
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for multicultural customers
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • At least 5 years of experience as a field Project Manager or Turnaround management/coordinator.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in the fields of Industrial Engineering or information systems)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience in implementing a digital solution is a plus.
  • Readiness to travel roughly 25% annually. (Typically, regional travel)
