Mobideo is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee the Digital Transformation journey and the entire Project deployment lifecycle. In this role, you will leverage your considerable knowledge and experience in business processes and project delivery to enable successful implementations. The role includes ensuring that we accurately set and meet customer expectations, complete projects on time, and stay within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service and relationships with our customers and stakeholders. The CSM must be open-minded, independent, a fast learner and possess a high motivation to influence and challenge the status quo.
